Refund policy

Returns. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost: we can send you a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund, or you can ship it back yourself with a tracked service. Anything that can't be returned says so on its product page. Returns carry a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

How to return. Email sales@uspluginsolar.com with your order number before sending anything back, or request the return yourself from your account. Some products go back to the warehouse they shipped from, so we'll confirm the return address and, if you want one, send the label. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving.

Digital products. Downloads can be refunded for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your order number; you don't need to tell us why.

Cancellations. You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, it's a return.

Damaged in transit. Photograph the packaging and the damage and email us within 5 days of delivery; we replace the damaged item or part at our cost.

Defects. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty shown on the product page; the terms come with the product. Contact us first and we'll handle the claim with the manufacturer.
