Shipping policy

Where we ship. Every state and the District of Columbia, except New York, Maine and Vermont. We don't ship to US territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Whether you can plug a solar system in where you live depends on your state's law and your utility's rules; our state law page lists every state with a plug-in statute, with its cite and effective date. Check your state before you order. The APsystems EZ1-LV inverter on its own ships to every state and the District of Columbia, including New York, Maine and Vermont. The kits and the extra panel do not ship to those three states.

Rates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Ground shipping is currently free on every order.

Delivery. Orders ship by ground. In-stock orders usually leave the warehouse the same or next business day and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Some products ship from more than one warehouse, so an order can arrive in more than one package, on different days. Each package has its own tracking number and you get a shipping confirmation for each as it leaves; track them from the order status page linked in those emails. Inspect the packaging on delivery and refuse a carton that is crushed or punctured, or photograph it before opening (see our Refund policy).

Digital products. Delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email within minutes of checkout. Nothing is mailed.
